Returns & Exchange Policy

Every Delhi Brass piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing or finishing defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials and components supplied with it. We may request photographs or videos of the defect before approving the return.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing or finishing defect and process the return accordingly.

Returns will not be accepted for damage caused after delivery, incorrect handling or installation, normal variations in handmade finishes and materials, or for reasons of preference, size, colour or change of mind.

We do not offer exchanges.

Please contact the Delhi Brass team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
