For custom lighting, wiring, lampholders and other electrical components can be selected to meet agreed UL, CE or other requirements. Share the destination voltage, mounting details and any project documentation or assessment requirements before production. We will distinguish the electrical component specification from any required approval of the completed fixture in your quotation.

Branded ready-to-ship products retain their original manufacturer's electrical specification; ask us to confirm suitability for your destination before ordering.

Does Delhi Brass ship worldwide?

Yes. Delhi Brass ships worldwide and regularly exports to the United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU) and United Arab Emirates (UAE). We have worked with designers, architects and homeowners around the world.

Can I customise lighting from outside India?

Yes. Share a drawing, reference image or catalogue design. We can adapt size, shape, material, finish, colour, shades and hanging height to suit your space, and agree the electrical specification before production.

Can you provide electrical components for UL, CE or other requirements?

We can select wiring, lampholders and other electrical components to meet agreed UL, CE or other destination requirements. Send the destination voltage and your designer's, electrician's or project's specification at the enquiry stage. Component specifications and any required certification or assessment of the complete fixture are confirmed separately for the project.

What should I send for an international quote?

Please send the product links or design drawings, quantities, dimensions, finish, delivery country and postal code, required date, and any electrical or documentation requirements. We will confirm the specification, production schedule, packing and freight.

How long does international delivery take?

Catalogue lighting typically requires 10–14 days for production. International transit time is quoted separately for the destination and shipment. Custom designs and architectural metalwork have a schedule agreed with the quotation; the standard India delivery window is not an international transit estimate.

How are shipping charges, duties and import terms handled?

Freight is quoted for the order's size, packing and destination. Ask us to confirm the agreed delivery terms, any applicable duties or taxes, and the documentation included in your quotation before placing the order.
